Loses mail way to easy.
Whoever is the mailman/woman is needs to be replaced. My mail is always delivered to someone else's house, and received other's bills that don't even live close to me. This has been happening for the past 6 months.
VERY unhappy with my vustomer service experience. We had a package show as delivered IN my mailbox, but nothing was there. Waited a few days and nothing. Called the Post office and Trina told me nothing. That aparently my pavkage disappeared. Today i get a call that my package was refused and returned to the sender. But I NEVER LAID MY EYES ON THAT PACKAGE.
I have zero complaints about the people who work AT the office itself, but they really need to find more courteous mailmen/women. My grandmother lives up a dirt road that isnt very hard to get up or down. But, every time she has a piece of mail that says "DO NOT BEND", they ignore it and bend it just because they are too lazy to just go to her door to deliver it. My mom had pictures of my son delivered, THEY BENT THEM. The animal hospital sent over a card and sweet poem WITH her past dogs pawprint, as she had to regretfully put her dog down, THEY BENT IT. seriously, find people who actually do the job. aka handle someone elses personal mail, with care.
