This company has forgotten all about what customer service is. I got auto insurance from them and tried to get renters insurance. There was no service from them. I called and called. They never contacted me, I always had to call them. I was constantly told there were questions. I understand needing clarification, but why did they never call me to ask. After over 2 wks I asked to speak with the owner. He was absolutely no help and was very rude! I gave up, called another agency in Searcy and had renters insurance with 3 hours.
Mistake. Big, huge mistake!
