I am a local customer in Heber Springs, who initially rated this stor with a 1 star, due to a local contractor that worked for them repairing appliances. Who failed on all levels of customer service, repair, clean up and not to mention...charged me $75.00.
I have made many large purchases through this location and will continue to do so because of this type of above and beyond service. Thank you Tim and Mark, I highly recommend your store to anyone looking for great customer service.
However, upon speaking with the management and owner (Tim), both were very apologetic and went above and beyond in customer service by recommending someone else outside of Heber Springs and returning my money without question.
