Very nice lady helped me with my order over the phone. I do not live in Heber Springs but needed flowers for a funeral service and this person was so very helpful!! Cannot wait to see the flowers at the service because I know they will be beautiful. (will update after service).

The gentleman who took my order over the phone was very nice. He listened to what I wanted and then created a perfect bouquet. I really appreciated his polite, friendly assistance.
I looked at all the good reviews and decided to use this florist. I called them and the lady was very blunt and pushy on the phone. Their website showed flowers they didn't even have in stock. She offered me another flower and I agreed due to time constraints. Come to find out, she sent our loved one a completely different item of her own choice! Didn't even call me to say my choice was unavailable! I would not have agreed. She offered no apologies, no price reduction or no rectification. I will never use this florist again! Horrible! I wouldn't even give them one star but I have to in order to post this review!
